WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS AND CHARGES?

Everything you need to know for Christmas

To ensure you receive your presents in time for Christmas (23/12), we recommend you order before :

France:
- Friday 20/12 at noon for Standard delivery (Colissimo).
- Saturday 21/12 at 10am for Express delivery (Chronopost).
- No delivery guarantee for delivery to relay points (Colissimo).
- Tuesday 24/12 at 7am for delivery by courier in Paris (1st suburbs).

From 20/12 to 22/12: Free express delivery in France.

Europe: Monday 16/12 at noon for express delivery. No guarantee for standard delivery.

United Kingdom and Switzerland: Wednesday 18/12 at noon.

United States and Canada: Monday 16/12 at noon.

Rest of the world: Friday 13/12 at noon.

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11am will be delivered the next day by 1pm.

  • Any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 12pm will be delivered the day after by 1pm.

  • Any order placed on Friday after 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday by 1pm.
  • All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday before 1pm.

  • Any order placed from Monday to Friday before 8am will be delivered between 12pm and 4pm.

  • Any order placed from Monday to Friday between 8am and 2pm will be delivered the same day between 5pm and 8:30pm.

  • Any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 2pm will be delivered the next day between 12pm and 4pm.

Week-end:

  • Any order placed from Friday after 2pm to Sunday will be delivered on Monday between 12pm and 4pm.

  • No deliveries on Saturday and Sunday.
