If you have placed an order by selecting Standard delivery, we invite you to contact our customer service by phone +33 (0)1 40 12 00 40 (non surcharged call) during the opening hours* within 20 minutes after the validation of your order.
After this time, we cannot proceed. We invite you to return your order to us using the prepaid return label located inside your order or refuse the package to the delivery person.
- Modify my order
Once your order has been validated, we cannot modify your items.
You must either return your order to us, free of charge, using the prepaid return label included in your parcel (for European countries outside Switzerland and the United Kingdom), or refuse the package to the delivery person. You will then be able to place your order again.
