You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind and return your items for a refund. Exchanges are not available at this time.
Return procedure :
1. CREATE A RETURN REQUEST :

If you have a Bompard customer account, log in to your personal space, then go to the « My Orders » section.

If you do not have an account, scroll to the bottom of our website and click on « Manage my return », or access it directly via this link.
- You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
2. SELECT THE ITEMS TO RETURN :
- Tick the items you wish to return, indicate the reason for each return, then confirm your request.
3. PRINT THE PREPAID RETURN LABEL :
- You will receive your return label by email.
- Print it and attach it clearly to your parcel.
4. PREPARE THE PARCEL

Place the unworn items, along with their original packaging, in the recycled box used for the initial delivery, using the second adhesive strip.
5. SEND BACK YOUR PACKAGE
Choose from the three return options :
- At the Post Office
- At a retailer collection point*
- From your mailbox*
Returns will not be accepted if the item is unsuitable for resale (damaged, used, or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the label attached to the garment and the protective film. If not, the item will be sent back to you.
