Online Purchases
Exchanges in Store:
You can exchange items purchased online in-store only for a different color and/or size. This service is available at Bompard stores located in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Austria (excluding stores in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, outlets, and department stores). Please present your receipt as proof of purchase — downloadable from your account on our website or available on request from Customer Service — for any in-store exchange.
Return Conditions:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date of your order.
Returned items must:
- Be in their original condition (not damaged, worn, or soiled).
- Be with their original packaging, clothing tag, and protective film (if applicable).
- If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused, and the item will be sent back to you.
Refunds:
Refunds for online purchases are not processed in-store. To receive a refund, the order must be returned. Please refer to the section below, “What is the return procedure?”
In-Store Purchases
You can:
- Make an exchange
- Request a store credit.
Refunds:
No refunds will be possible for in-store purchases.
